Refund and return policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us on our WhatsApp number 01022281681. If your return is accepted, we will send you a representative from the shipping company, in addition to instructions on how and where to send the package by contacting us on WhatsApp. Items sent back to us will not be accepted without first requesting a return.

For damages and defects related to the product:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 14 days, so that we can assess the problem and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, single-use items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personal items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please call if you have questions or concerns about the specific item.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect the product upon return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If you are approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your electronic wallet (Vodafone Cash).
For items or products returned due to manufacturing defects, you will receive a new product (with a check and test through the store to ensure its safety before shipping again)
It is not replaced for any reason other than a manufacturing defect
In the event that the product is inspected and no manufacturing defect is detected in the product, the product will be returned again and the shipping costs will be borne.
In the event of manufacturing defects, the product will be replaced if it is within the replacement period
Or it will be maintained if it is in a maintenance period. In this case, the customer will not be charged any shipping costs
The period we need for the complete check to be completed is from 4 to 7 days maximum
